
CNC Plasma Cutting systems – Plasma cutting is an extremely efficient cutting process that is used to cut steel and other metals of different thicknesses using a plasma torch. It works by forming an electrical arc in a stream of high pressured inert gas being blown out through a nozzle of the torch. This turned the gas to a plasma hot enough to cut metal. At the same time this high pressure gas is being blown strong enough to blow away molten metal from the cut.
In Seng Leong Project, we acquired this CNC cutting system to guide the plasma torch, in order to achieve the clean sharp cuts. At the same time, with this system, it also allow us to cut more efficiently so much so that we are able to save as much as 20% of the metal surface area as compared to the hand torch.
CNC Flame Cutting system – Flame cutting cut by using the fuel-rich flame to pre-heat the metal surface to its ignition temperature, then using the oxygen jet to instantly oxidise the molten metal to the other side to achieve the cut. In Seng Leong Project, we have acquired the CNC cutting system and nesting software to guide the flame torch in order to achieve an efficient cut to make the most out of your metal sheet to keep your production cost low.

At Seng Leong Project, we have recently added Water Jet Cutting machine to our factory. This is in alignment to our objective to provide a 1-stop service to our clients. Our Waterjet Cutting machine can handle almost all kind materials and thickness up to size of 4000 x 2000mm.
